International Process Design Contest of Electroplating Zero-Wastewater-Discharge

一、活动背景 Background

华南首个中德中小企业合作区—中德金属生态城表面处理生态工业园（一期）已经顺利投产，电镀废水经处理后全部回用，实现电镀废水“零排放”，（二期）建设工作即将展开。为打造全球电镀产业高地，揭升揭阳电镀行业知名度和影响力，使零排放电镀投资更少，成本更低、效果更好，同时为世界范围内的环保电镀行业提供顶级技术交流、合作平台，中德金属集团有限公司针对中德金属生态城表面处理生态工业园（二期）项目特别举办电镀废水零排放工艺方案设计国际大赛。

The first Sino-German SME Cooperation Zone in South China, the Sino-German Metal Eco City has successfully started the operation of its Phase I in the Surface Treatment Center and achieved zero wastewater discharge, with the upcoming construction project of the Phase II. In striving to become an industrial highland of the global electroplating industry and provide the best platform for technical exchange and cooperation, ZhongDe Metal Group Co., Ltd. initiates the International Process Design Contest of Electroplating Zero-Wastewater-Discharge for the Phase II project. The aim is to create the programme of zero-wastewater-discharge with cost-efficiency and better result, and to increase the notability and visibility of the electroplating industry in Jieyang.

三、方案要求 Process Requirements

电镀废水经处理后全部回用，实现电镀废水“零排放。”
Zero-Wastewater-Discharge, all electroplating wastewater can be reused after the treatment

废水设计处理能力 10000 吨/天
Treating 10,000 tons of wastewater per day

四、设计原则 Design Principles

1. 不限制处理的具体工艺，但是要求整个工艺实现水平衡、物料平衡；
    The process is required to achieve water balance and mass balance, not limited to any specific process;
2. 鼓励采用新技术、新工艺、新装备；
    Encourage to adopt new technology, process and equipment;
3.按照高端先进性、国际开放性原则进行全球方案征集
    A worldwide call for programmes on the basis of a global and open principle with high-end and advanced technology

六、奖项设置 Benefits & Prizes

为促进参与积极性，提高方案质量，扩大中德金属生态城电镀基地项目影响力，设立一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1名，奖金总额达100万元。
一等奖：50万
二等奖：30万
三等奖：20万

Prizes are established to create an active participation and enhance the quality of the programmes, as well as to increase visibility of the electroplating base in the Sino-German Metal Eco City. With a total of RMB 1 million provided for first, second and third prizes, three prizewinners will be elected.
First prize: RMB 500,000
Second prize: RMB 300,000
Third prize: RMB 200,000

七、大赛时间表 Time Schedule

2016年12月10日-2017年2月15日进行方案征集；

2017年2月中下旬评审；

八、颁奖大会 Award Ceremony

2017年3月初，邀请国家环保部、电镀协会、环保产业协会等权威机构、获奖单位等参加活动，颁发奖杯。邀请中央电视台、广东电视台等新闻媒体广泛报道。

此次大赛的解释权归中德金属集团有限公司所有。

In early March, 2017, the winners and representatives from authorities including the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China, electroplating association, environmental industry will be invited to attend the ceremony with extensive media coverage of news media including CCTV and GDTV.
